Zeitraum der Stimmabgabe
Die Stimmabgabe zur Betriebsratswahl 2026 findet im Zeitraum von Montag, 2. März, bis einschließlich Donnerstag, 5. März 2026 statt.
Die Stimmabgabe erfolgt an den vom Wahlvorstand festgelegten und bekanntgemachten Orten sowie zu den jeweils offiziell bekanntgegebenen Zeiten.
Briefwahlunterlagen beantragen
Beschäftigte, die am Wahltag voraussichtlich nicht persönlich an der Stimmabgabe im Betrieb teilnehmen können, haben die Möglichkeit,
Briefwahlunterlagen zu beantragen.
- z. B. bei Abwesenheit (Dienstreise, Außendienst, Ausland),
- oder wenn die Anwesenheit im Betrieb am Wahltag aus anderen nachvollziehbaren Gründen nicht möglich ist.
Die Beantragung der Briefwahlunterlagen erfolgt ausschließlich beim Wahlvorstand.
Wichtig: Verbindliche Informationen zu Wahlorten, Uhrzeiten, Fristen und Voraussetzungen ergeben sich ausschließlich aus den offiziellen Bekanntmachungen des Wahlvorstands.

Voting period
Voting for the 2026 Works Council election will take place from Monday, 2 March through Thursday, 5 March 2026.
Voting will be conducted at the locations and within the times officially announced by the election board.
Requesting postal voting documents
Employees who are unlikely to be able to vote in person at the site on the voting days may request postal voting documents.
- e.g. due to absence (business travel, field work, abroad),
- or for other plausible reasons preventing in-person voting.
Postal voting documents must be requested directly from the election board.
