Gut, dass sich etwas bewegt – jetzt braucht es eine klare gemeinsame LinieGood to see things moving – now we need a clear and united position
We explicitly welcomed a visible public action by IG Metall representatives at the Siemens Campus Erlangen opposing the TI plans. For us, the key point is this: if resistance is to have an effect, public protest, initiatives within the Works Council and consistent action in co-determination bodies must fit together.
At the same time, we pointed to what we regard as a contradiction requiring explanation: why did employee representatives on the Supervisory Board approve organisational independence if more far-reaching separation plans are then to be publicly opposed? This question is not meant to divide – it calls for transparency.
